"hey, soph. how would you like to go to the park today? just you and me." trevor asked, giving the little girl that same smile he had earlier when he first walked inside the room. hearing the word park caused a huge smile to light up on her cute face. getting up from the desk as she made her way over toward where her dad was standing. "daddy, can chelsea come with us?" the little girl asked, looking up at her father with that puppy dog face. trevor looked down at his daughter as a small sigh had escaped between his lips when he notice that adorable face she was giving him. how can he say no to that? it was one of his many weakness that his daughter slowly learned to use against her father. "yes, we could invite chelsea to come with us. why don't you go grab your sweater, so we could leave?" sophia nod her head with cheer as she was happy to hear her father saying yes. giving her father a little warm hug before grabbing her sweater while trevor walked out of the room. taking his phone out from his pocket and quickly scrolling through the contact list when he notice chelsea's popped onto the screen. he send her a little text message saying to meet him at the park in fifteen minutes. once he pressed the send button, he put the device away and grab a sweater since it was little chilly outside. "sophia ready?" the boy exclaimed, grabbing the keys from the counter when he heard his daughter saying ready. taking the girl's little hand onto his while walking outside of the apartment and figured to walk to the park since it wasn't that far away from where they lived. once they reached to their destination with trevor still holding onto his daughter's little hand and looked around the park to see if they spotted chelsea anymore. sadly, no sign of her yet. "daddy, can i go play?" sophia asked, pointing her finger toward the playground. trevor slightly nod his head as a yes, letting go of her hand and sat down to the nearest bench to keep an close eye on her. looking over at the playground when he notice his daughter walking up the little staircase of the playground and running around, interacting with the little children there and having fun. it's been a while since he last seen her this happy. mamma he’s the best i ever had chelsea brushed her hair back, then fished around her jeans for a rubber band. since she couldn't find one, she just placed her hair behind her ear, hoping it would stay in place. she was cleaning her house, even though the maid had already cleaned it that morning. it was kind of an ocd thing, it helped her when she was stressed out. and what was she so stressed out about? well, her father had decided to leave for the week for a "conference" and her younger sister was going through the phrase where she thought nothing could hurt her. it was a lot too handle which is why she needed cleaning as a distraction. it was moments like this when chelsea wished she was younger and brooke and her didn't have to work. then she would have been able to go to her home and talk about everything. but those times were long gone and chelsea was forced to wait until brooke got out of work to talk to her. so for now she would have to leave everything spotless. the house was in for quite the cleaning. chelsea was just about to be done with the kitchen when her brother called her. she went up to his room, which was a mess and she would probably get to it later, who asked her for some food. he was eighteen years old but still depended on chelsea for a simple sandwich. it was partly her fault for doing everything for them but she didn't mind. it would hurt them when she left but she stand to be around her father any longer. she knew that he was hurting but their mother was gone and they needed him.
chelsea tried to stop thinking about it but she couldn't help it. she continued thinking about it as she went back down to the kitchen and began to make her brother a sandwich, as well as herself. she went back to his room, plate in hand then stopped by her own room to see if she could find a rubber-band. before her search could begin, her phone rang. she looked around for it, wondering where she had put it. her room had been the first place she cleaned and also the place where she could find nothing she ever needed. it took a good five minutes before she finally found her phone in one of her jeans pocket. she checked and saw that trevor had left her a message to meet him at the park. and at that, she rushed to her closet, tossed much of her clothes everywhere until she found the perfect outfit, and practically ran out the door to meet trevor. chelsea had never been the type of girl to long for a guy, usually she put everyone in the friend-zone unless she really liked them. then she would actually flirt. but with trevor it was different. he was brooke's brother, her best friend's brother, her best friend's very cute brother. he was supposed to be off limits, right? plus, he already had a girlfriend who he had a child with. she couldn't just go and mess up that family. so for now, chelsea would have to be content with little playdates. she was fine with it, she loved sophia, but there were times she wished they could actually go on a date. it was so nice to dream.
she got to the park just in time, if there was something she was known for, it was her punctuality. chelsea looked around until she spotted one of the only guys at the park. she watched as sophia pointed to the playground and walked over to the bench that trevor sat down on. she tried to be as quiet as possible, which was easy considering the kids were being extra loud. anyways, she sneaked up on him and covered his eyes. she was almost certain he would know it was her but it was fun to pretend that he would be confused. "guess who" she said, trying to disguise her voice but failing just a tad.

Of course it’s wrong! He’s not the cheating type who would kiss or see someone behind his girlfriend’s back. That’s something he cannot bear to do, even though there's some times where he thought about it. Sure, he still loves and cares about the mother of his three-year-old daughter but not the same way he feels for Chelsea. Whenever she's around, it felt like he could finally breathe and have a normal conversation without turning it into an argument. Besides, it’s wrong for him to even develop a crush on someone who is best friends with his younger sister. Then again, you cannot blame a guy for finding his sister’s best friend cute. There are some times when they would flirt with one another, but playfully in a sibling-like kind of way. While sitting down on the edge of the bench, keeping a close eye on his daughter when he notices his 20/20 vision made him see nothing but black. Feeling someone’s soft hands covering his brown eyes caused him to startle from the bench. He’s not good at being surprised or scared which is something he always wanted about himself. While thinking about who it may be, he raised both of his hands and placed them over the person’s hands, trying to see who it could possibly be. After hearing that fail disguise voice that the person was trying to pull, he immediately knew who it was but figured to play along anyways for the fun of it. She was terrible at disguising her voice but still managed to be cute. “Is it my fairy godmother finally coming to my rescue?” The boy teased as a small laugh escaped between his soft lips. Slowly removing both of her hands away from his eyes with his hands still holding onto hers and looked up at her with a wide smile, having his head lying back against the bench. “Hey you. I’m glad you came.” The boy said. He felt happy to see Chelsea here as he enjoyed having her childish presence around. It’s good for him to have someone to talk to that doesn’t always lead to an argument and it’s nice for Sophia to have someone to do some girly stuff since her mom isn’t around to do it. Raising his head up to see where Sophia could possibly be at, noticing her walking up the little stairs and then saw her sliding down the slide. “Sophia is gonna be happy to see you here. She missed you. I… I missed you.” Trevor said, speaking the truth. He really did miss her because who doesn’t? Her smile, the way she gets along so well with Sophia, and her childish ways are just one of the many things he missed about. Out of nowhere, here comes Sophia running toward the bench where Trevor and Chelsea were sitting. “Chelsey!” Sophia exclaimed, giving the girl a bear hug. Seeing that cute moment between his two favorite girls made yet another smile appeared on the boy’s face. He enjoys watching the girls interact with one another which always made Trevor happy, especially because his daughter is happy which is always good for a father to see. "hey, soph. why don't you ask chelsey if she could push you on the swings?" He asked, looking at his daughter. Sophia looked at her father with a huge smile that you could see her adorable dimples showing from her chubby cheeks. turning her little head to look at chelsea, asking her the same thing that her father told her. once she was done, she look back over at her trevor. "Come with us, daddy." trevor slowly looked over at chelsea as he shrug his shoulders, wondering if she's okay with him tagging along with. [/div][/style][/center]

mamma he’s the best i ever had her feelings for trevor made her feel both guilty and giddy. chelsea wanted to tell brooke about it so badly but she wasn't sure how her best friend would take it. would she be fine with it or would she believe that it was the worse thing that could ever happen? not because she didn't enjoy seeing them happy but if things were to ever happen between trevor and chelsea and then they ended, well it would be kind of awkward. chelsea would never want that to happen, their home was like a haven to her and without either of them, she would have to deal with her father on her own. plus, she would hate to break up their family. brooke had confided in her that they had problems but that didn't mean they didn't love each other, right? right! still, she could enjoy hanging out with him and sophia. she was so used to being out little kids and had been so disappointed when her siblings got to the teenage stage. it was nice to be around a little kid again. she might have been responsible and like a mother, but around little kids she acted fun and childish. "well i don't think you need much rescuing" chelsea said, a wide grin on her face. she was lucky he didn't see because then he would see the blush that appeared as soon as she felt his hands on hers. she composed herself quickly, she didn't want to be too obvious.
his smile made her heart melt, and her knees began to buckle but she pushed her feelings into the tiniest corner of her heart and tried acting like normal. it wasn't too hard considering she had done it more than once. "hi. and i'm glad too. if i hadn't come, i would have ended up cleaning the entire house" chelsea confessed. she was sure he would know that she was stressed, as always everyone knew that she cleaned when she was stressed, but she hoped he wouldn't ask her about it. she just wanted to spend a day with trevor and sophia. her heart fluttered when he said that. did he really not realize how his words made her feel? god, she felt like a love struck teenager. chelsea wasn't really used to feeling like this. her parents had never had the most loving relationship and she was afraid she would end up the same way. which was why every relationship never went to far. chels had never ever fallen in love. was this how it felt like? chelsea didn't know and she was not going to find out, not matter how badly she wanted to. "i missed you guys too. it's been too long since we've all been together...." chelsea added. truth be told, it had only been a couple of days but most of the time they were with his girlfriend or brooke. now chelsea never minded brooke but the girlfriend was a different story.
she learned to grin and bear it but it wasn't as fun. suddenly, she heard a familiar voice yell her name. chelsea opened her arms just as the girl came crashing towards her. she hugged her tightly, she really did miss sophia as well. "of course baby girl, i would love to" chelsea said, giving sophia a smile. she watched as sophia asked trevor to come with them. she loved seeing the love in sophia's eyes, it was a look that she had never given her own father. she loved him but, things weren't like they were with trevor and sophia. "race you to the swings?" chelsea said, as she picked up sophia and made her way to the swings.

Is it wrong to develop a secret crush on his sister’s best friend? Is it wrong of him to spend more time with someone who his daughter enjoys being around? These are the questions that are running through Trevor’s confused mind. He truly does love his girlfriend, but that love suddenly disappeared a year ago. They hardly go on dates or playdates with their three-year-old daughter anymore. Pretty much all she does is wake up in the morning, go to work, come home to spend couple hours with Sophia, and go to bed. His daughter needs a role model in her life that’ll be able to keep her company and do girly things with her which is why he’s lucky to have Chelsea in their miserable lives. If she wasn’t around, then he doesn’t know what he would do. He would probably be miserable and lost If he didn’t had her. He’s truly lucky to have her which is one of the many reasons why he enjoys tagging her along to their cute playdates. Playdates are pretty much the only way he gets to spend some one-on-one time with Chelsea without having his sister or girlfriend getting involved. She doesn’t know how much rescuing he needs right now. He needs someone to help him get out of his terrible relationship, he needs someone who could put a smile on his face once again, he needs someone to give him a reason to be happy about, and he wants someone to make him feel what love truly is. Luckily for him, Chelsea has helped him with that. Every time she’s around, it gives him a reason to smile again and gives him a reason to be happy again. She helped him understand what love truly is, even though the feelings that he has for her is secretive because he’s afraid to see what the reaction would be. What if she doesn’t feel the same way? How would his little sister react to it? Would his girlfriend fight for custody if they end their relationship? While he was afraid to see what the reaction would be if he confessed his love, he’s also afraid to see what the outcome would be. All he want is to be happy and for his daughter to be happy. Why does love have to be so difficult sometimes? Trevor listening to Chelsea talk about cleaning the house if she didn’t come, just nodding his head slightly. He didn’t want to ask because he understands the situation that she’s in and how much she doesn’t like talking about it which is sometimes he respects. He’s the type of person who would spend hours and hours listening to someone about their problems, but never good at giving advices because he’s terrible at that. “Yeah it has.” The boy said simply, looking into Chelsea’s ocean blue eyes as a smile appeared on the boy’s face. That moment he wanted to do the unthinkable as he wanted to plant a passionate kiss onto her soft lips, but managed to control himself. Clearing his throat as the boy looked away and noticed his two favorite girls sharing a hug which always put a smile on the boy’s pale face. Trevor simply nods his head to the suggestion that she gave him, noticing Chelsea holding Sophia into her arms. Sitting down on the bench with a confused look, letting out a small laugh and notices the girls walking over toward the swings set. Trevor decided to get up from where he was sitting and walked behind the girls, following to the direction that they were going. Once they arrived to the swings set, noticing her putting Sophia onto the swings as Trevor stood right beside Chelsea. “So, how you been?” Trevor asked, looking over at her while taking turns pushing Sophia. mamma he’s the best i ever had chelsea couldn't keep the grin of her face when she was around trevor. she was surprised brooke didn't notice. then again, they all had so much fun together that all of them were rarely seem without a smile. but times like there, when it was just the two of them made chelsea noticed just how happy they could be. but she could never interfere. when their mother left, she always had the nagging feeling that maybe there was someone else even if there wasn't. just the thought of splitting up a family cause goosebumps to make their way on to their arm. oh, how she would have loved to have sophia as a daughter. the thought made her both happy and guilty, as well as a tad bit of upset. but like always, she pushed her feelings aside and kept the grin as a front for trevor and sophia. once she reached the swings, she put sophia on them, making sure that her hair wouldn't get tangle with the chain or anything. it had happened to chelsea once and from that moment, she had been super paranoid of swings. they were still her favorite but she was always careful around them. she didn't want anyone o have that same horrific experience. she began to push sophia, laughing along with her. the little girl wasn't related to her but she felt like she was. she couldn't imagine her life without her. it was probably the motherly side of her saying that but it was true.
she turned to trevor when he began to talk and thought about his question. she wasn't sure if he knew about the brooke thing and she sure as hell wasn't about to bring it up. "good, just been really busy, i feel like i have no time for anything" she said with a frown. probably the first one she ever had in front of trevor. well, the first one when they were having a little play date with sophia. "and a little stressed, sister is going through a rebellious phrase and i have to deal with it. i wish she were still sophia's age. though i do admit sophia is better behaved than she was." she said with a small laugh. with her sister's mood swings, she probably would have gotten mad at chelsea for saying that. she really hoped she hadn't been like that, she wasn't sure how anyone would have been able to handle that. "how about you? " chelsea asked, as she moved out of the way to let trevor have his turn of pushing sophia. they had this kind of unspoken agreement that they would take turns. not that she minded pushing her the entire time, but she didn't want to take all of sophia's attention away. while she waited for him to answer, she watched the way that sophia lighted up around trevor. that was probably why she liked him so much. in her mind, you could tell a lot about a person by the way kids reacted to them. sure, sophia was his little girl but even her own siblings liked him. and they were picky as hell.
the only one that knew about the crush she was harboring for trevor was her sister and she constantly teased her about it. but she confessed that she would have loved him for chelsea. if only things were different. not the sophia thing, it would have been amazing to spend more time with the little munchkin but because of the girlfriend.

He enjoys tagging Chelsea along because she clearly knows what to do to or say to put a smile on the girl’s face. She clearly has no idea what she does to him. Every time she’s around him, a smile would suddenly appear on his face and knows just the right words to say to cheer him up whenever he’s having a bad day. And yes, she even knows what to say to make the boy blush. She’s like his kryptonite; she always makes him feel weak whenever she’s around. God, she doesn’t know how much he wants to be with her, but luckily he’s managed to shut the feelings he has to shut off but it doesn’t always work because he’s always feeling nervous whenever he’s around her. Which is rare because he never felt that way before, but now there’s something different about her that grabs his attention. Maybe it has to do with the way she interacts with Sophia. There has been some times when Sophia would ask her father if Chelsea could be her new mommy which would always break his heart. It’s because she thinks that she doesn’t have a mother-figured in her life and it looks like she’s already looking for someone to replace her own mom, but you can’t blame Sophia for that. Chelsea has been around and spends some time with her which she doesn’t have to, but it looks like she wanted to unlike the girlfriend. Maybe it was fate telling him to ditch the girlfriend or something. Just standing there, leaning against the pole beside the swings set with his arms folded against his chest and looking over toward Chelsea while hearing her talk. Noticing a little frown on her pretty face which made him wonder what’s causing her to be busy, seeing that it was the first time he saw her with that face in like forever. She’s always cheerful and childish with a huge smile whenever they go to their little playdates, but not today. If only he knew what to say or do to turn that frown upside down. “Well, you don’t have to deal with it alone. I could lend a helping hand whenever you need help. I mean, Brooke was like that when she was around your sister’s age and I had to deal with it while our parents were busy doing other things. Actually, I think she’s still in that rebellious phrase now.” Trevor said, teasing about the last part. The boy looks over at Sophia, trying to picture her during the rebellious phrase. He probably would’ve been lost and stressed out, not knowing what to do. He’s lucky she’s not like that. “Of course, she’s well behaved and I have you to thank for that. If it wasn’t for you, she probably would’ve been like out of control.” He said, giving Chelsea a warm smile. Noticing her moving away from the swing that Sophia was on as it was his turn to push. Taking couple steps forward as he began to push his daughter, thinking about how to answer the same question that he asked her couple minutes ago. After thinking about it for couple seconds, the boy couldn’t find the right honest words to answer. “Um, I’ve been pretty busy with work and stressing out from all the drama with the girlfriend. I mean, all we do is nothing but argue all day about dumb things. I want to end things with her, but at the same time I don’t want Sophia to live without a mother-figure in her life. All i want is for the drama to end.” The boy said, taking a short pause. “Sorry for dumping my relationship problems on you.” He apologized, looking over at Chelsea. They’re here to have a good time during their little playdate with Sophia and not talk about his crazy girlfriend problems. [/div][/style][/center]
