this little girl was alone in the world , cadence awoke with a start to the sound of the veronicas coming from her clock radio. she searched around till she finally hit the off button on her alarm, which she had set the night before so she wouldn't oversleep and miss depositing some money. if she did that then her credit cards wouldn't be accepted and she would have to handle her dirty dollar bills. no thank you. yeah, it was money but she knew where those bills came from and would have rather stuck to using her credit card. anyways, she got up and went straight to the shower. she only took a quick one, just so that she could come back home and sleep a little more, then came out in just her towel. her roommates acted surprised at the fact that she was awake and after fake arguing with them she went back to her room and got dressed. ten minutes later she was walking out the door and getting into her car. the drive to the bank felt short, mostly because cady was still slightly out of it. she was lucky she hadn't gotten into an accident or anything. luckily, there was a parking spot open right at the front of the bank, so she didn't have to wait for anyone.
aside from the fact that she had to wake up early, the day was going pretty well. except for the huge line inside the bank. cadence frowned when she saw the line but quickly made her way to it so no one else got there before her. there were many workers but most of them were too busy talking to one another so there were only three people helping out. cadence wanted to say something but honestly, she didn't have the energy for it. she sighed loudly and waited until finally she was in the middle of the line. i should have stuck to using my stripper bills she thought as yet another teller left for her lunch break. god, how long did it take for them to eat lunch. the line was slowly but surely moving, and cadence was getting closer to the front when two men in ski masks walked in. she didn't notice them until she heard them shout at everyone to get down. her first instinct was to see who they were which was pretty much impossible since their faces were covered. her second one was to move to a spot where she couldn't be seen. it was kind of hard considering the robbers wanted everyone to move but she managed to move herself under the closest desk. okay, so maybe this wasn't her day.

ava sighed frustrated at herself. the one day she actually needed cash she had none. usually she would just use her credit card but she had known she needed cash but did she go and get some out of her account the day before, she hadn’t. parking across the street from the bank she turned her car off getting out and locking it looking both ways for traffic before proceeding across the road. she had about an hour before she had to be on set so she wasn’t in any rush but seeing the line at the atm machines she sighed. standing in line she took her cell phone out of her bag and went through her text messages ignoring the ones from her manager. he was always on her case about being early to the set. she had never showed up late so she didn’t really understand why he always made such a big deal of her being their early. rolling her eyes at that she deleted those messages coming to one from dante. a smile formed on her face as she quickly replied to him telling him she might be able to get out early. she had been pretty busy lately so she hoped she could get home in time to at least watch a movie with him. seeing it was her turn she put her phone in her bag and moved to the machine waiting patiently as she put her pin in and then withdrawing some cash. she didn’t need that much only forty dollars so it didn’t take long to get it out.
grabbing her wallet from her purse she slid the bills into her wallet and put her debit card in one of her slots before putting it back in her purse turning to leave when she noticed the two guys with ski masks drawing guns and telling everyone to get down. she was in shock. she didn’t even know what to do in this sort of situation. feeling someone push her from behind. stumbling with the crowd she managed to pull herself to sit in front of a desk her eyes never leaving the robbers. they were walking through people now telling some to move into their line of sight so that they could keep track of them. she didn’t know how many their were. if the two she could see were the only bank robbers or if there was more that she couldn’t see or waiting outside. keeping her head down she hoped they wouldn’t come near her. she was terrified. she didn’t know if these guys were capable of hurting people or if they just desperately needed the money.

[atrb=border,0,true][atrb=style, background-color: dddddd; border: #cccccc solid 8px; width: 400px; padding: 15 5 15 5px;] 'CAUSE YOU HAD A BAD DAY The Words: 396 The Outfit: Lookin' good The Notes Sorry it's so short, love.
It was just one of those days that made Aurora wish she could crawl back under the covers. Nothing was going her way this morning, her dog sitter (assistant) was late, the dry cleaner has ruined a very expensive Versace dress, the eyebrow lady had burned part of her eyebrow (thank goodness the redness was going away) and now she needed cash for a luncheon with a corporate guy who wanted to use her for the face of his new line. It was just all too much for her to handle this morning. But, she hid it very well on her face all she needed to do was go to the bank and she’d be right on track. After running around like a chicken with her head cut off most of the morning she finally arrived at the bank. The parking lot was packed and the line at the drive through ATM was ridiculously long. “Perfect” she said dryly grabbing her purse as she got out of her car.
She clicked the remote and the car locked as she strolled into the bank. There was a line to the tellers and there was a bit of a wait at the ATMs. Aurora rolled her eyes and hopped onto the end of the line. She reached in her clutch to whip out her phone to check the time when she realized she had left it in her car. ‘It’s fine, I’ll only be here for a few minutes’. She was a bit peeved at herself; because she knew her potential contractor could be calling her this very second. She turned to get off the line but saw that someone had come to stand behind her. It wasn’t worth it getting off line just to get a phone that she’d be holding in her hands in a few seconds. She turned back around, her hair bobbing as she moved when everything hit the fan.
It had only been a few seconds, but a couple of guys entered the bank and started shouting. Aurora looked around but one of them pointed their gun at her and told her to move. She quickly dropped to the ground and crawled under a table. Her heart quickened in her chest, this just was not her day! She realized any sudden movements might cause her bodily harm so she crawled over closest to a table where a girl who had just finished pulling money out of the ATM was. Aurora started breathing heavy, “what the hell do we do?” she whispered out of the corner of her mouth as the guys had turned their back to them.

this little girl was alone in the world , cadence had never really expected anything bad to happen to her. hell, she's been alive for twenty one years and the worse thing that had ever happened was ...no she couldn't even think about something bad happening to her. she wouldn't have rather gotten pregnant than had this shit happen to her, and she was scared shitless of having a kid. she didn't have the patient nor the time. anyways, enough of thinking about that. cadence looked around, trying to see if there was a way she could get out of here or she could call for help. she searched her bag for her phone but the moment she found it, it slipped out of her grip because she was so excited and landed inches away from one of the robbers. he looked down at it, then looked around to see who could have dropped it. luckily, he didn't pay no attention to her and just stepped on it.
cady cursed herself then huffed loudly, regretting it almost immediately. all of the sudden, she heard someone else talking close to her. she turned her head and saw two girls in the desk next to her. she did her best to crawl over to her, then she pulled her hair into a ponytail so that the robbers wouldn't see it. it was the thing giving her away the most. "so girls, i have no idea how to get out of here but i'm guessing three heads are better than one" she said as calmly as possible. she wasn't really sure how they were taking everything and she didn't want to have all of them freaking out. the most she had ever dealt with now that she thought about it was a fight between guys at the club but even that was easy to handle. once they saw skin, they calmed down.
she turned to look at the guys one more time. one of them was getting money from a teller while the other one was snatching a phone from a guy. she was so glad that there weren't kids in here. she might not have been a total kid person but she didn't know how twisted these guys were. they could have been total psychos willing to kill anyone that dared escape. which is why they had to be sneaky about it.
